Tafsir of Verse 9, Surah Al-Insaan

إِنَّمَا نُطْعِمُكُمْ لِوَجْهِ ٱللَّهِ لَا نُرِيدُ مِنكُمْ جَزَآءً وَلَا شُكُورًا ﴿9﴾

English Translation

[Saying], "We feed you only for the countenance of Allah. We wish not from you reward or gratitude. (9)

English Transliteration

Innama nutAAimukum liwajhi Allahi la nureedu minkum jazaan wala shukooran (9)

Tafsir of Verse 9

'We feed you only for the Face of God; we desire no recompense from you, no thankfulness; (9)

(Saying),"We feed you for the sake of Allah alone: no reward do we desire from you, nor thanks. (9)
