English Translation
A spring of which the [righteous] servants of Allah will drink; they will make it gush forth in force [and abundance]. (6)

AAaynan yashrabu biha AAiba du Alla hi yufajjiroonaha tafjeera n (6)

A Fountain where the Devotees of Allah do drink, making it flow in unstinted abundance. (6)
English Translation
They [are those who] fulfill [their] vows and fear a Day whose evil will be widespread. (7)
English Transliteration
Yoofoona bial nnath ri wayakha foona yawman ka na sharruhu mustat eera n (7)

They perform (their) vows, and they fear a Day whose evil flies far and wide. (7)
English Translation
And they give food in spite of love for it to the needy, the orphan, and the captive, (8)
English Transliteration
Wayut AAimona al tt aAAa ma AAala h ubbihi miskeenan wayateeman waaseera n (8)

And they feed, for the love of Allah, the indigent, the orphan, and the captive,- (8)
English Translation
[Saying], "We feed you only for the countenance of Allah. We wish not from you reward or gratitude. (9)
English Transliteration
Innama nut AAimukum liwajhi Alla hi la nureedu minkum jaza an wala shukoora n (9)

(Saying),"We feed you for the sake of Allah alone: no reward do we desire from you, nor thanks. (9)
English Translation
Indeed, We fear from our Lord a Day austere and distressful." (10)
English Transliteration
Inna nakha fu min rabbina yawman AAaboosan qamt areera n (10)

"We only fear a Day of distressful Wrath from the side of our Lord." (10)
English Translation
So Allah will protect them from the evil of that Day and give them radiance and happiness (11)
English Transliteration
Fawaqa humu Alla hu sharra tha lika alyawmi walaqqa hum nad ratan wasuroora n (11)

But Allah will deliver them from the evil of that Day, and will shed over them a Light of Beauty and (blissful) Joy. (11)
English Translation
And will reward them for what they patiently endured [with] a garden [in Paradise] and silk [garments]. (12)
English Transliteration
Wajaza hum bima s abaroo jannatan wah areera n (12)

And because they were patient and constant, He will reward them with a Garden and (garments of) silk. (12)
English Translation
[They will be] reclining therein on adorned couches. They will not see therein any [burning] sun or [freezing] cold. (13)
English Transliteration
Muttakieena feeha AAala alara iki la yarawna feeha shamsan wala zamhareera n (13)

Reclining in the (Garden) on raised thrones, they will see there neither the sun's (excessive heat) nor (the moon's) excessive cold. (13)
English Translation
And near above them are its shades, and its [fruit] to be picked will be lowered in compliance. (14)
English Transliteration
Wada niyatan AAalayhim th ila luha wath ullilat qut oofuha tath leela n (14)

And the shades of the (Garden) will come low over them, and the bunches (of fruit), there, will hang low in humility. (14)
English Translation
And there will be circulated among them vessels of silver and cups having been [created] clear [as glass], (15)
English Transliteration
Wayuta fu AAalayhim bia niyatin min fidd atin waakwa bin ka nat qawa reera (15)

And amongst them will be passed round vessels of silver and goblets of crystal,- (15)
English Translation
Clear glasses [made] from silver of which they have determined the measure. (16)
English Transliteration
Qawa reera min fidd atin qaddarooha taqdeera n (16)

Crystal-clear, made of silver: they will determine the measure thereof (according to their wishes). (16)
English Translation
And they will be given to drink a cup [of wine] whose mixture is of ginger (17)
English Transliteration
Wayusqawna feeha kasan ka na miza juha zanjabeela n (17)

And they will be given to drink there of a Cup (of Wine) mixed with Zanjabil,- (17)
English Translation
[From] a fountain within Paradise named Salsabeel. (18)
English Transliteration
AAaynan feeha tusamma salsabeela n (18)

A fountain there, called Salsabil. (18)
English Translation
There will circulate among them young boys made eternal. When you see them, you would think them [as beautiful as] scattered pearls. (19)
English Transliteration
Wayat oofu AAalayhim wilda nun mukhalladoona itha raaytahum h asibtahum luluan manthoora n (19)

And round about them will (serve) youths of perpetual (freshness): If thou seest them, thou wouldst think them scattered Pearls. (19)
English Translation
And when you look there [in Paradise], you will see pleasure and great dominion. (20)
English Transliteration
Waitha raayta thamma raayta naAAeeman wamulkan kabeera n (20)

And when thou lookest, it is there thou wilt see a Bliss and a Realm Magnificent. (20)
English Translation
Upon the inhabitants will be green garments of fine silk and brocade. And they will be adorned with bracelets of silver, and their Lord will give them a purifying drink. (21)
English Transliteration
AAa liyahum thiya bu sundusin khud run waistabraqun wah ulloo asa wira min fidd atin wasaqa hum rabbuhum shara ban t ahoora n (21)

Upon them will be green Garments of fine silk and heavy brocade, and they will be adorned with Bracelets of silver; and their Lord will give to them to drink of a Wine Pure and Holy. (21)
English Translation
[And it will be said], "Indeed, this is for you a reward, and your effort has been appreciated." (22)
English Transliteration
Inna hatha ka na lakum jaza an waka na saAAyukum mashkoora n (22)

"Verily this is a Reward for you, and your Endeavour is accepted and recognised." (22)
English Translation
Indeed, it is We who have sent down to you, [O Muhammad], the Qur\'an progressively. (23)
English Transliteration
Inna nah nu nazzalna AAalayka alqura na tanzeela n (23)

It is We Who have sent down the Qur'an to thee by stages. (23)
English Translation
So be patient for the decision of your Lord and do not obey from among them a sinner or ungrateful [disbeliever]. (24)
English Transliteration
Fai s bir lih ukmi rabbika wala tut iAA minhum a thiman aw kafoora n (24)

Therefore be patient with constancy to the Command of thy Lord, and hearken not to the sinner or the ingrate among them. (24)
English Translation
And mention the name of your Lord [in prayer] morning and evening (25)

Wao th kuri isma rabbika bukratan waas eela n (25)
