Tafsir of Verse 55, Surah An-Nahl

لِيَكْفُرُوا۟ بِمَآ ءَاتَيْنَٰهُمْ ۚ فَتَمَتَّعُوا۟ ۖ فَسَوْفَ تَعْلَمُونَ ﴿55﴾

Display verse 55, Surah An-Nahl in the Quran

English Translation

So they will deny what We have given them. Then enjoy yourselves, for you are going to know. (55)

English Transliteration

Liyakfuroo bima ataynahum fatamattaAAoo fasawfa taAAlamoona (55)

Tafsir of Verse 55

that they may show unthankfulness for that We have given them. So take your joy; certainly you will soon know! (55)

(As if) to show their ingratitude for the favours we have bestowed on them! then enjoy (your brief day): but soon will ye know (your folly)! (55)
