أَوْلَىٰ لَكَ فَأَوْلَىٰ

English Translation

Woe to you, and woe!

English Transliteration

Awla laka faawla

Tafsir of Verse 34

Nearer to thee and nearer

Woe to thee, (O men!), yea, woe!

اَوْلٰى لَكَ فَاَوْلٰى ثُمَّ اَوْلٰى لَكَ فَاَوْلٰى

'[ It will be said to such a man,] Woe to you, then woe to you! Again, woe to you, then woe to you!...(75:34-35)
