Tafsir of Verse 39, Surah Al-Qalam

أَمْ لَكُمْ أَيْمَٰنٌ عَلَيْنَا بَٰلِغَةٌ إِلَىٰ يَوْمِ ٱلْقِيَٰمَةِ ۙ إِنَّ لَكُمْ لَمَا تَحْكُمُونَ ﴿39﴾

Display verse 39, Surah Al-Qalam in the Quran

English Translation

Or do you have oaths [binding] upon Us, extending until the Day of Resurrection, that indeed for you is whatever you judge? (39)

English Transliteration

Am lakum aymanun AAalayna balighatun ila yawmi alqiyamati inna lakum lama tahkumoona (39)

Tafsir of Verse 39

Or have you oaths from Us, reaching to the Day of Resurrection? Surely you shall have whatever you judge! (39)

Or have ye Covenants with Us to oath, reaching to the Day of Judgment, (providing) that ye shall have whatever ye shall demand? (39)
