Tafsir of Verse 10, Surah Al-Haaqqa

فَعَصَوْا۟ رَسُولَ رَبِّهِمْ فَأَخَذَهُمْ أَخْذَةً رَّابِيَةً ﴿10﴾

Display verse 10, Surah Al-Haaqqa in the Quran

English Translation

And they disobeyed the messenger of their Lord, so He seized them with a seizure exceeding [in severity]. (10)

English Transliteration

FaAAasaw rasoola rabbihim faakhathahum akhthatan rabiyatan (10)

Tafsir of Verse 10

and they rebelled against the Messenger of their Lord, and He seized them with a surpassing grip. (10)

And disobeyed (each) the messenger of their Lord; so He punished them with an abundant Penalty. (10)
