ٱلَّذِى كَذَّبَ وَتَوَلَّىٰ ﴿16﴾

Who had denied and turned away. (16)

English Transliteration

Allathee kaththaba watawalla (16)

even he who cried lies, and turned away; (16)

Who give the lie to Truth and turn their backs. (16)
